Years of study and careful experimentation enabled Puck to develop this series of 26 challenging postures. They may look difficult to master, but with just an ordinary straight-backed chair and a carpet heated to 105°F anyone can get themselves into some kind of shape in a matter of months. As with any exercise program consult your physician before beginning Puckram yoga.
